GOVERNance

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

John Stroobant

I bring the unique experience of someone who spent the first half of their career in structured sales and marketing roles within large system oriented public companies, the second half advising many business owners, management teams and boards of medium and large companies on a wide variety of sales and marketing strategies.  In addition, I have applied these same skills to create a successful property investment and strategy company, a financial services company and a market research company.

Specifically, my core strengths are:

  • Understanding revenue risks through sales trends and macro-economic factors

  • Understanding opportunity and risk based on customer and market information and behaviour

  • Marketing – structure and planning, branding, market research, advertising effectiveness, channels to market, ROI

  • Sales – structure, approach and performance environment.

  • Sector – property, hardware and building materials
